Charging
Does a battery and charger come with my POWAPASS machine?
Yes, a battery and charger are included with every machine. Simply plug the charging cable into a wall socket to charge.
How long will it take to charge my POWAPASS machine?
It will take between 6-10 hours to fully charge the battery.
How long will I get out of one charge?
Your POWAPASS machine comes with 2 x 12 volt rechargeable batteries. As the machine has several speed variations and automatic settings it is difficult to estimate. It will also depend on if the batteries are already fully charged, how old the batteries are and what setting you are using. We recommend regularly charging your machine over at least a few hours after use.
How long should my battery last on the POWAPASS?
The POWAPASS battery is under warranty for 12 months for parts and electronics but is not valid for damage due to misuse. The life of the battery will vary depending on how the machine is looked after and how often the machine is charged. It is recommended to regularly recharge the battery, and to not let it sit unused for periods of longer than two months.
Will my POWAPASS work whilst it is plugged in to charge?
At this point in time, no. The charger used is not efficient enough to keep up with battery discharge rates. However, we are constantly updating our product so please keep an eye on our website if and when any updates occur!
I need to replace my POWAPASS battery, what type of battery is compatible?

Use
Is the POWAPASS machine easy to operate?
Yes. Once assembled, the POWAPASS machine is easy to operate. Please refer to our operation manual for more details. The POWAPASS has been designed to set up easily and with controls being easy to understand for all types of customers from coaches to players and even parents!
Is the POWAPASS easy to assemble?
Yes! The POWAPASS comes with an instruction manual with easy-to-follow steps for assembly. There are also numerous videos on our website that will guide you.
Is the POWAPASS easy to transport?
Yes. Once assembled, the POWAPASS can be partially disassembled to transport in smaller vehicles, if you were taking it to and from training for example. Please see guides on our website for more information!
Is the POWAPASS machine made with quality?
Yes, of course! Our product is built to last, using the strongest and most durable materials. Our product has been crafted specifically for the rigours of the outdoors by our experienced product engineers.
Is the POWAPASS machine safe?
Yes! The POWAPASS machine has been tested and CE certified with all the required safety considerations implemented. We advise that children do not operate the machine without adult supervision. The machine also has relevant safety stickers on the exterior.
Will I need to purchase anything else to use my POWAPASS machine?
No! The POWAPASS machine comes with everything you need to get started. The only other thing you might need is some soccer balls to feed into your machine. We have a range of balls and other accessories that can be found to purchase here!
I have a problem with my POWAPASS?

What speed and intervals can I set my POWAPASS to?
The POWAPASS has 5 variable speed settings. The maximum ball speed is going to depend on the PSI of the ball. The top speed would be approximately 50-60km/h. We also recommend pumping balls to 12-13 PSI to achieve this. However, the machine can be used for all abilities and set to variable speeds. The POWAPASS can be set up to automatically feed balls at 2,4,6 and 8 second ball drop intervals.
How far (distance) will my POWAPASS machine shoot balls?
At top speed and fully tilted back, the POWAPASS machine will shoot approximately 5m on the slowest speed and approximately 25m on the highest speed. We recommend you have fun trying out different speeds and ranges for your training.
What balls should I use for my POWAPASS machine?
The POWAPASS machine is suitable for all size 4 and 5 balls.
Can I use my POWAPASS in all weather conditions?
The POWAPASS machine is an electronic system. While getting the machine wet shouldn’t affect it, it is recommended that you not use the machine in wet or raining conditions. Oftentimes wet balls will not perform accordingly, and we recommend you wiping off each ball before use for optimal performance. Similarly, we recommend using your POWAPASS on standard grass or synthetic indoor or outdoor fields and avoid other surfaces.
Can I get any spare parts for my POWAPASS?
Yes, you can! Contact us with the parts you require. You might like to send some photos of your POWAPASS via email or give us a call to discuss!
Warranty
Is there a warranty period on the POWAPASS machine?
Aside from the 12 month warranty on the battery, we will provide a 12 month warranty on additional faulty parts. We will not cover misuse or general wear and tear and cannot return used items. If you think there is an issue contact us and we will work through it with you!

Shipping
Can you ship to outside of Australia?
The short answer is no. However, POWAPASS is available in many different countries around the world. If you would like to contact us, we can point you in the right direction.
What are the postage or delivery costs?
We deliver products using Australia Post and other carriers. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order as well as your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
I’ve placed my order. How long until it arrives?
Orders are typically dispatched within two business days from receiving an order. However, this will depend on the time of year. Shipping times are estimates only but you should receive a delivery within approximately one week. If you have a ‘required by’ date, please let us know in the notes section of your order and we shall endeavour to have your goods to you by this date.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you shall receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
General
I purchased a POWAPASS but changed my mind and want a refund, can I get one?
You have 30 days from purchase to refund your POWAPASS machine for a change of mind. This is only if the machine is unused and in its original packaging and condition. There will be a $100 stocking fee that is deducted from your refund. If your machine is faulty, please speak with us and we will discuss your options and possible replacement.
